What They're Looking For.
Must Have
NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other equivalent engineering disciplines, Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Experience working in a cleanroom environment is an advantage

As a **Technician II, Production Technical Operations (LS1)** , you will be responsible for operating automated manufacturing and packaging equipment to produce, package, and sterilize contact lenses in accordance with established procedures. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, while adhering to GMP, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Data Integrity, and other applicable regulatory requirements. **In this role, a typical day will include:** 1\. To operate manufacturing equipment to produce and/or package contact lenses. 2\. To operate autoclave to sterilize contact lenses. 3\. Ensure contact lenses are manufacturing to the best quality level possible. 4\. Perform activities in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices in a controlled and regulated environment. 5\. To ensure compliance Data Integrity such that information is attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate. 6\. Perform all production activities at various stages under cleanroom environment and to work as a team with cross-functional team member to achieve production targets in compliance with GMP, quality and safety requirements.
