What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Obtaining & maintaining applicator license(s), Complete company-provided training
Nice to Have
Previous experience in lawn care, Landscaping experience, Chemical application experience
What You'll Do.
Follow assigned route
Complete daily scheduled services
Evaluate lawn conditions
Determine appropriate treatments
Operate and maintain application equipment
Provide friendly and professional interactions
Answer customer questions
Educate customers on best practices
Document and communicate customer concerns
Follow all safety procedures
Handle chemicals responsibly
Maintain certifications or licenses
Maintain accurate records
Submit daily service logs
Monitor inventory levels
Clean application equipment
Inspect application equipment
Perform routine maintenance
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Coordinate equipment repairs
