All-Turf Lawn Care, a Turf Masters Brands company, is seeking dependable individuals to provide weed control and lawn fertilization services in our Athens, GA location! Lawn technicians work independently and are assigned daily routes of around 20 lawns. Technicians are trained to accurately and safely perform fertilization and weed control treatments, while also being able to identify and communicate to customers any issues that may be in their lawn. Our services include Weed Control in Lawns training provided. Obtaining & maintaining applicator license(s) required by applicable state(s) if applicable. Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices. General Responsibilities: Safely apply fertilizers, weed control, pest control, and other lawn care chemicals according to company guidelines and application guidelines. Follow the assigned route to complete daily scheduled services on time. Evaluate lawn conditions, including grass health, soil quality, and pest issues, to determine appropriate treatments. Operate and maintain application equipment, such as sprayers and spreaders, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Provide friendly and professional interactions with customers, answering questions about services and products. Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their lawns after treatment, as well as any observed lawn issues and provide tips for ongoing maintenance.
