As a Facility Maintenance Technician, supporting our Technician Manufacturing Team, you will be trusted to maintain the facility infrastructure and critical systems to support our production environments at Houston, Texas US. **In this role, a typical day will include:** * Maintain and repair machines and equipment * Perform Preventive Maintenance (evaluate, modify, originate - PMs) * Support Facilities Group activities (Shutdowns, capital projects, continuous improvements, PIT teams) * Document work accurately per company and regulatory policies (within Maximo, on test scripts/protocols, etc.) * Communicate clearly, effectively, professionally with other team members, production personnel, and outside contractors/suppliers. * Comply with all safety, environmental and cGMP requirements. * Ensure the quality and environmentally compliant operation of the plant critical utilities to include but not limited to the DI/Purified water system, the clean compressed air system, boilers, chillers, and the HVAC systems. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English * **Location** : Onsite * **Schedule** : Thursday-Monday, 1:00p.m. – 9:30p.m. * **Travel Requirements** : 0 – 10% * **Relocation Assistance** : Not Available * **Sponsorship Available** : Not Available **HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:** * See your career like never before with focused growth and develop
