Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. 1\. ลงกำหนดการช่วงเวลาเปิด-ปิดของระบบต่างๆลงในระบบ BAS 2\. ตรวจเช็คช่วงเวลาเปิด-ปิดของระบบ BAS ว่าเป็นไปตามกำหนดการหรือไม่ 3\. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบ BAS และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่ออุปรณ์หรือระบบผิดปกติ 4\. เข้าดำเนินแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ที่ผิดปกติในเบื้องต้นของระบบ BAS 5\. หากไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ให้ติดต่อช่างผู้ชำนาญการหรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าดำเนินการแก้ไขระบบในลำดับต่อไป 6\. ตรวจเช็คช่วงเวลาการขอ OT Air และจัดทำบันทึกการเปิด-ปิดระบบ 7\. ทำการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันให้ระบบ / อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า และเครื่องกลต่างๆ 8\. เสนอการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ / เครื่องมือ / วัสดุช่างต่างๆ ให้กับหัวหน้าช่าง 9\. ควบคุม ดูแล ตรวจสอบและประสานงานการปฏิบัติงานกับผู้รับเหมาต่างๆ 10\. จดบันทึกปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้า ,น้ำประปา และจัดส่งให้กับหัวหน้าช่างทุกสิ้นเดือน 11\. นำข้อมูลของ OT Air จัดส่งหัวหน้าช่างทุกสิ้นเดือน 12\. สรุปรายงานการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ทางด้านช่างให้กับหัวหน้าช่าง เพื่อเสนอต่อแผนกวิศวกรรมต่อไป 13\. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา 14\. รายงานโดยตรงกับหัวหน้าช่าง .................................................................................................. **Location:** On-site –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
