Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. 1\. บำรุงรักษาและแก้ไข ระบบสาธารณูปโภคในอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมที่จะใช้งานตลอดเวลา 2\. ปิด-เปิด ระบบอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า / เครื่องกล ตามกำหนดเวลาที่กำหนด 3\. ตรวจเช็คและบำรุงรักษางานระบบอาคารทั้งหมด ตามตารางที่กำหนด 4\. ดูแลซ่อมแซมงานระบบที่สามารถดำเนินการ โดยช่างอาคารได้ 5\. ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ในส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับงานระบบต่างๆ ในอาคาร 6\. จดบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของระบบและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า/เครื่องกล 7\. บริการลูกค้าของอาคาร ให้ได้รับความสะดวกรวดเร็วในด้านสาธารณูปโภค เช่น ไฟฟ้า, ประปาโทรศัพท์ และด้านสุขาภิบาล 8\. ลงกำหนดการช่วงเวลาเปิด-ปิดของระบบต่างๆลงในระบบ BAS 9\. ตรวจเช็คช่วงเวลาเปิด-ปิดของระบบ BAS ว่าเป็นไปตามกำหนดการหรือไม่ 10\. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบ BAS และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่ออุปรณ์หรือระบบผิดปกติ 11\. เข้าดำเนินแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ที่ผิดปกติในเบื้องต้นของระบบ BAS 12\. หากไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ให้ติดต่อช่างผู้ชำนาญการหรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าดำเนินการแก้ไขระบบในลำดับต่อไป 13\. ตรวจเช็คช่วงเวลาการขอ OT Air และจัดทำบันทึกการเปิด-ปิดระบบ 14\. ทำการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันให้ระบบ / อุปกรณ์และเครื่องกลต่างๆ 15\. เสนอการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ / เครื่องมือ / วัสดุช่างต่างๆ ให้กับหัวหน้าช่าง 16\. ควบคุม ดูแล ตรวจสอบและประสานงานการปฏิบัติงานกับผู้รับเหมาต่างๆ 17\. จดบันทึกปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้า ,น้ำประปา และจัดส่งให้กับหัวหน้าช่างทุกสิ้นเดือน 18\. นำข้อมูลของ OT Air จัดส่งหัวหน้าช่างทุกสิ้นเดือน 19\. สรุปรายงานการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ทางด้านช่างให้กับหัวหน้าช่าง เพื่อเสนอต่อแผนกวิศวกรรมต่อไป 20\. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญ
