The technician works closely with manufacturing, test engineering, and quality teams to ensure products meet technical specifications, function reliably, and are built efficiently. * Perform in-process and final testing of electronic assemblies using test fixtures, jigs, and lab equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair faulty PCBs and assemblies down to the component level. * Support production lines with technical guidance on test procedures and equipment operation. * Work from assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions to validate build quality and functionality. * Monitor and document production yields, test failures, and repair activities. * Provide feedback to engineering on design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and test improvements. * Assist in implementing process improvements and root cause corrective actions related to recurring production issues. * Set up and maintain production test stations and related equipment. * Support the training of operators and technicians in proper test procedures and troubleshooting techniques. * Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, including pilot builds and test validation Qualifications Education: Minimum associate degree in either
