Troubleshoot internet systems

Troubleshoot automation systems

Perform preventative maintenance on HFC networks
Perform preventative maintenance on FTTH networks
Interpret system/network design maps
Install HFC physical plant components
Replace HFC physical plant components
Identify upstream ingress
Identify downstream ingress
Repair upstream ingress
Repair downstream ingress
Complete end-of-line network testing
Test HFC network components
Perform routine maintenance on standby power supplies
Troubleshoot standby power supplies
Update records of standby power supplies
Troubleshoot basic distribution problems
Restore system service outages
