What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate degree in Electronics from a minimum 2-year College or Technical school i. e. , Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology or Industrial Electrical License preferred., Work experience with Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Fanuc, RS Logix5000, Factory Talk, various vision systems and Ethernet controls systems required., Working knowledge of HMI’s and the ability to add, edit or remove functions from HMIs., Working knowledge of resistance spot and GMAW., Experience with Bosch weld controls., Ability to demonstrate and use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PanelBuilder, EPLAN, Ability to understand, anticipate and follow direction while exercising maturity of judgement., Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a variable workload., Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment in order to meet customer requirements., Must be able to interact effectively with other team members.

Nice to Have

Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology or Industrial Electrical License preferred.

What You'll Do.

Support engineering in standards development

Provide technical support for controls systems

Assemble and install new equipment

Supervise equipment assembly

Ensure proper controls documentation delivery

Maintain controls documents

Plan updates for existing controls systems

Design and write electrical controls programs

Provide technical support to Assembly Department

Document equipment breakdown/activity

Analyze reports for improvement opportunities

Schedule and complete back-ups

Install and maintain plant floor machine controls

Inspect equipment conditions

Plan and lead cross-functional project teams

Provide leadership to Maintenance personnel

Participate in continuous improvement process

Attend departmental meetings

Attend plant-wide meetings

Comply with operational procedures/policies

Comply with Quality and Environmental programs

Comply with Health and Safety programs

Follow safety rules and regulations

Conduct professional manner
