This role offers autonomy, technical challenges, and opportunities to develop leadership skills while working on diverse projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to system breakdowns and perform scheduled preventive maintenance * Commission Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sites * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues * Overhaul and fault-find across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems * Document and report equipment results accurately * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Provide training and operational advice to customers **What We’re Looking For** * 4+ years’ experience as a technician in HVAC or industrial cooling * Strong background in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting * Mechanical and/or electrical expertise within HVAC * Ability to read schematics and produce clear reports * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Current driver’s license * Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background checks **Our Culture & Benefits** Across our 12 branches in Australia, we foster a supportive, diverse culture with
