What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-year technical degree or high school diploma/GED, several years of comparable shop mechanic experience, Ability to write and communicate effectively, interact with supervisors, customers and team members, Basic computer skills, Own mechanic tool set, Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment, ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
Nice to Have
2+ years of relevant diesel equipment repair experience, Working knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems, components, electrical, and fuel, working on Caterpillar is a plus
