## **What you will do:** We are seeking an experienced Technician to be based in Abu Dhabi and oversee and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) across various Data Centers in the UAE. This role ensures operational efficiency, environmental control, and compliance adherence within critical facility environments. **How you will do:** * Monitor and manage BMS systems across multiple sites to ensure performance and environmental control. * Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for BMS-controlled equipment including HVAC, chillers, UPS, and generators. * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for installations, upgrades, and repairs. * Analyze system trends to propose energy-saving initiatives and improve system performance. * Support commissioning activities for new systems and infrastructure expansions. * Ensure BMS operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. * Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including reports and logs. * Identify opportunities for service enhancements and assist in developing proposals. **What we look for** **Required** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering. * 4–6 years of experience in BMS within data center or critical facility environments. * Proficiency in BMS platforms, notably Johnson Controls. * Familiarity with data center systems such as HVAC, fire suppression, and access control. * Experience with Modbus, BACnet, and LonWorks protocols. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with a commitment to safety and integrity. * Availability for on-call support in mission-critical environments.
