What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-year technical college degree in diesel technology or related or High school diploma/GED and 2 years of comparable shop mechanic experience, Basic computer skills, Own mechanic tool set, Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment, Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
Nice to Have
2+ years of relevant ag diesel engine/equipment repair experience, Working knowledge of repairing a variety of agricultural ag technology experience
