If you’re ready to bring your technical expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as a Technician on our Day Shift. ### ### What you’ll do * Perform chem-film (alodyne) processes on metal surfaces * Apply conformal coating on PCBs and conduct solvent tests * Analyze test results and troubleshoot process issues * Work with chemicals, cleaning agents, microscopes, and precision tools * Review work instructions and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications * Set up and conduct tests on components and assemblies under operational conditions * Record test procedures, results, and recommend improvements * Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards ### What you need * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures (required) * Experience with chem-film and conformal coating processes (required) * Ability to use diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers (required) * Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 standards (required) * Working knowledge of Lea
