Three years practical experience as a journeyman (apprentice mold maker), Three years production environment experience in injection molding or related field, Must achieve an acceptable score on Decostar’s skill assessment test, Must have excellent welding skills, Must be able to read and interpret tooling drawings, Must have experience polishing and fitting tooling components, Must have basic electrical skills, Associate’s Degree in a technical field of study required, Ability to perform work while sitting for up to eight (8) hours on a continuous basis, Ability to stand, walk or climb stairs a minimum of eight (8) hours on a continuous basis, Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis and 50 pounds on an infrequent basis, Good vision at a close distance as well as color acuity is required, Capable of performing a full range of repetitive motion for up to eight (8) hours a day
Nice to Have
1 ½ years experience will be accepted if accompanied by an Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in a related field, 5 years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree, Work experience combined with current schooling towards degree will be considered
