What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, Experience in test engineering, product development, lab operations, manufacturing test, or engineering support, Experience supporting multiple products, platforms, or test processes in a fast-paced technical environment, Experience working with engineers to support debug, validation, data collection, and product readiness activities
Nice to Have
Additional technical training, certification, or coursework in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field, Demonstrated success mentoring or supporting less experienced technicians or team members
