Work a 12 hour AWS Shift, Work overtime as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, Working experience in manufacturing environment, Knowledge in using measurement tools, Knowledge in study schematic diagram, Understanding of failure mechanisms, Proficient in MS Windows Software (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook) & Forum Notes, Effective team player with proven relationship building & communication skills
Nice to Have
Working experiences in Sputtering or machine maintenance related field, Knowledge of control systems and/or PLC, Familiarity with sputtering equipment or other vacuum systems, Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system failures, Ability to communicate technical information effectively, Understanding of safety protocols and regulations, Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams, Proficiency in handling emergencies and unexpected equipment failures

Perform routine preventive maintenance
Conduct routine maintenance checks
Document preventive maintenance on checklists
Record data if applicable
Maintain completed checklist/history
Perform regular inspections on production machine
Diagnose mechanical issues
Diagnose electrical issues
Diagnose control system issues
Repair mechanical issues
Repair electrical issues
Repair control system issues
Document unscheduled failures details
Provide inputs to improve PM cycle-time
Provide inputs to improve tool availability
Provide inputs to improve quality/workmanship
Provide inputs to reduce media scrap
Provide inputs to reduce cost of ownership
Provide Technical training
Provide certification for junior technician
Support machine conversion
Support machine upgrade
Support machine improvement projects
