What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
Nice to Have
Working experience in manufacturing, Experience in vacuum chamber system, Junior/Senior Equip Maintenance Technician, Working experiences in Sputtering, Machine maintenance related field, Knowledge of control systems, Knowledge of PLC, Knowledge in using measurement tools, Knowledge in study schematic diagram, Understanding of failure mechanisms, Proficient in MS Windows Software, Proficient in Forum Notes

Perform routine preventive maintenance
Conduct routine maintenance checks
Document preventive maintenance
Maintain checklist/history
Perform regular inspections
Maintain production machine
Diagnose mechanical issues
Diagnose electrical issues
Diagnose control system issues
Repair mechanical issues
Repair electrical issues
Repair control system issues
Document unscheduled failures
Provide inputs to improve PM cycle-time
Provide inputs to improve tool availability
Provide inputs to reduce media scrap
Provide inputs to reduce cost of ownership
Provide Technical training
Provide certification for junior technician
Support machine conversion
Support machine upgrade
Support machine improvement projects
