Lead the setup, operation, and support of all AV and immersive systems for client visits to the CBC, executive briefings, live events & Townhalls., Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AV-related queries, delivering polished, proactive, and professional support to clients, facilitators, and employees., Provide Av Support to employees/clients, visitors during training sessions/meetings in Training rooms., Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of AV technologies, including LED video walls, interactive touch displays, projectors, sound systems, digital signage, Apple TVs, Miracast etc., Provide support for employees with Teams call setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting in conference rooms and board rooms., Perform regular AV system checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability., Liaise and coordinate with external AV vendors, technology partners, the backend Voice teams for advanced troubleshooting, warranty support, upgrades, new installations, continuous improvement initiatives, and to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and seamless integration of new technologies., Maintain accurate records of AV system configurations, cabling, and maintenance activities on Service Now., Coordinate with internal asset managers to provide essential data related to EOL AV systems and assist them with hardware disposal., Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
