In this role, you'll shape the content that customers, admins, and developers rely on every day — from the words they read inside the product to the guides that help them build on it. Your work will directly influence how people experience and succeed with Marketing Cloud. ## What You'll Be Doing * Author UI text, in-app help, and user-facing documentation for Marketing Cloud products * Write clear, accurate release notes and developer documentation that keep teams informed and unblocked * Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers throughout the Agile product development cycle * Leverage AI-assisted writing tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini) to streamline content workflows and deliver at scale * Balance multiple deliverables across product areas, consistently meeting quality and timing expectations * Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and communicate technical informati
