Knowledge of and experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen., Knowledge of and experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git., Knowledge of DITA and structured authoring., Experience working in an Agile development environment, Good to have ability to read, understand, and build short code samples in a variety of programming languages, Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce familiarity a plus), A related technical degree required
