This role requires a strong writing and editing background, sound judgment, and the ability to work with incomplete inputs. The Technical Writer partners closely with R&D, operations, and cross-functional teams to translate complex procedures into clear, accurate, and usable documentation for different audiences. AI-assisted tools may be used to support drafting and revision, with full responsibility for content accuracy and quality remaining with the writer. **How You’ll Make an Impact:** * Create clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation for restaurant operations, new products, new procedures, and equipment launches. * Develop documentation across multiple formats, including job helpers, guides, manuals, video scripts, and online resources. * Partner with subject matter experts, R&D, and operations teams to understand process intent, equipment functionality, and operational constraints. * Analyze procedures received from subject matter experts, identify missing or unclear information, and proactively apply institutional knowledge and direct author collaboration to resolve gaps and produce complete, accurate documentation. * Review workflows, systems, and operational materials to ensure documentation reflects real-world execution. * Attend and actively participate in on-site photo and video shoots to observe procedures as performed and validate accuracy of sequencing, details, and execution. * Apply documentation standards, terminology guidelines, and formatting conventions consistently across al
