Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Create, maintain, and continuously improve clear, structured, and user-focused technical documentation across products and systems. Analyze technical requirements, specifications, APIs, and system behavior to produce accurate and reliable documentation. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and clarify technical information. Document APIs, integrations, system workflows, configuration rules, error handling, edge cases, and release-related changes. Review and enhance existing documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, readability, and alignment with internal standards. Participate in technical reviews, peer reviews, and documentation planning sessions to ensure high-quality outputs. Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, style guides, terminology, and best practices. Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to improving documentation processes across teams. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation-focused role. Proven experience creating both user-facing documentation and developer-focused content (e.g., guides, manuals, API documentation). Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Document360, or similar tools. Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. Basic skills in using visual or screenshot tools (e.g., Snagit, Lightshot, PickPick) to enhance documentation clarity. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how technical teams operate. Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Excellent attention to detail and consistency in writing and terminology. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of technical information. Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams as well as work independentl
