Must Have
Relevant education in technical documentation, information design, engineering, or a related field, Alternatively, equivalent work experience, such as maintenance technician, Experience in technical work within automation, rail, aviation or similar industries, Experience as a technical writer, information designer, or communicator, Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience working with railway vehicles, Knowledge of Arbortext XML, content management systems (CMS), and scripting, Understand how customers actually use documentation in the field, Align documentation with real operational and maintenance workflows, Understand and implement customer-driven validation and acceptance criteria, Translate customer use cases into document structure, content depth, and usability, Ensure the documentation is technically correct, safe, and configuration-aligned, Support documentation acceptance during testing, commissioning, and final delivery
