Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), Experience using documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation authoring tools, 3–5 years’ experience in technical writing, preferably within healthcare, EHRR, or enterprise software environments, Demonstrated experience developing documentation across product, project, and operational domains, Experience working in collaborative environments, engaging multiple stakeholders to gather, validate, and approve content, Proven ability to manage documentation through structured review and approval processes, Ability to translate technical and functional concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation, Familiarity with software development and implementation lifecycles (e.g. Agile, release management, deployment processes)
Nice to Have
Experience with EMR/EHR systems, particularly ORBIS or similar clinical information systems, Formal training or certification in technical writing, documentation, or information design, Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations (e.g. inpatient, outpatient, perioperative settings), Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or digital transformation programs, Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and knowledge base design for support teams, Experience developing technical, integration, or API documentation, Understanding of governance, approval, and quality assurance processes for documentation

Working with this highly skilled team, you will be making a great impact throughout the healthcare sector.
