What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a related documentation role, Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, usability, and consistency, Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize work across multiple initiatives, Comfortable learning new technologies, systems, concepts, and workflows quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
A technical background is a plus, Experience with grocery, retail, or warehousing technology solutions, Experience documenting SaaS platforms, web-based applications, or APIs

Collaborate closely with product managers, subject matter experts, and engineering; Partner with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers; collaboration with product and engineering teams

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; translate complex information into content that is easy to understand and maintain

Independently manage documentation initiatives, Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, prioritize work across multiple initiatives
