What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Native English speakers or native-level written and verbal fluency in English, 3+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or solutions documentation within SaaS or enterprise environments, Experience building or significantly shaping a documentation function, understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and enterprise software environments, Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to augment or automate documentation workflows, Experience producing client-facing technical materials for enterprise audiences, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, Exceptional writing skills with attention to clarity, structure, and precision
Nice to Have
Experience in AI or ML platforms, Background in engineering, computer science, or solutions architecture, Experience working with modular, customizable, or multi-solution platforms, Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or documentation-as-code methodologies, Experience collaborating with design tools such as Figma
