We are focused on creating value where **IT** counts, join us! ### Tasks and Responsibilities * Create and develop documentation as per the projects or initiatives requirements. * Incorporate all information into required IT infrastructure, process, and service definition documents, support policies, work instructions, user documents, training guides, and other relevant documents. * Deliver technical writing status reports. * Escalate issue and log risks where help is required from management. * Participate in IT, process, and service design meetings with relevant SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). * Gather all relevant IT, process, service, and support information from relevant SMEs and PMs. * Review and edit technical writing by other team members to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality. **Requirements** * Relevant experience as a Technical Writer, familiar with the documentation lifecycle and corresponding quality assurance reviews * To be handy in technical communication, which includes but is not limited to technical writing, instructional design, technical editing, copyediting or proofreading, quality assurance, and user experience design * Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e. usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al) * Proble
