We're looking for a creative, technically curious Technical Video Content Producer to own the end-to-end production of product marketing videos. You'll turn complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for enterprise IT and mid market audiences, supporting product launches, customer education, sales enablement, and brand awareness. Reporting to Corporate Communications and partnering with product marketing and product management, you'll work with technical subject matter experts, manage feedback and revision cycles, coordinate freelancers or vendors when needed, and help evolve our video templates, standards, and asset libraries as we scale our in-house video capability around BlueCat's Intelligent NetOps platform and AI-driven solutions. Video Production and Content Creation Own the end-to-end production workflow - intake, scripting, editing, publishing, and distribution - for product and corporate video content. Produce product overviews, feature explainers, platform walkthroughs, customer education, launch, and technical storytelling videos that translate complex concepts into clear narratives for enterprise IT and security audiences.
