What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Business, Operations, or related field equivalent experience considered, 5+ years of experience in technical training, field service operations, technical support, or related roles, 3+ years of leadership experience managing training programs or technical teams, Experience developing and delivering technical training programs for field service organizations, technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair processes, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills at all level of organization, Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms, organizational, project management, and analytical skills, Experience with adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies

Develop and execute training strategy
Build and lead training function

Partner with leadership

Coordinate administrative functions
Design and maintain training programs
Develop blended learning solutions
Create and modify certification programs

Serve as subject matter expert
