Maintain training milestones
Update training milestones
Complete Allegiance Core Trainings
Assist in refresher training
Learn different business groups
Communicate trainee progress
Schedule training update meetings
Lead training update meetings
Report trainee issues
Contribute to daily workflow
Attend work regularly
Attend work punctually
Fulfill claims examiner functions
Ensure accurate claims processing
Ensure complete claims processing
Verify required documentation
Obtain necessary information
Confirm system adjudication
Prepare written correspondence
