Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, Minimum of 5 years of Baker Hughes wireline experience, Recognized as an experienced coach/mentor for field personnel, Ability to serve as an SME and competency assessor in at least one wireline service, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, Ability to influence others and lead small teams, Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact, Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, Effective problem identification and solution skills
What You'll Do.
and maintain wireline technical training content
Deliver instructor-led training
Lead classroom and hands-on practical sessions
Participate in the Competency Management System (CMS) and Competency Management Program (CMP) development
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and competency assessor in at least one wireline service
Maintain accurate training documentation and version control of course materials
Coordinate training resources
Align training content and delivery with Wireline Operations and Baker Hughes compliance requirements
Support training execution
