What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years or more Phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages, High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Nice to Have
2 years or more experience in training or as a people leader
What You'll Do.
Assist with onboarding and initial training
Provide ongoing group and individualized training
Deliver training on policies and procedures
Develop and implement training resources
Evaluate and update training materials
Serve as procedural and compliance resource
Support leadership with goals
Assist with creation of improvement plans
Maintain accurate training logs
Provide training with professionalism
Assist with workflow during high volume
Travel to client sites for training
Research industry related information
Perform administrative tasks
