What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, at least 5 years in a training role, knowledge of rigging practices, safety regulations, operational procedures, Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to conduct competency-based assessments, deliver engaging training sessions
Nice to Have
Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors, Certifications related to rigging and safety training (e. g. , IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
What You'll Do.
Develop and deliver technical training courses
Create and maintain up-to-date training materials
Assess trainee competencies and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Promote best practices in all training activities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams
