Conduct On the Job Training
Coordinate On the Job Training
Provide Subject Matter Expert insight
Support updates to 1PLs
Oversee OJT scheduling
Oversee schedule adherence
Support Certified Job Trainers
Support Learning Mentors
Partner to monitor training activities
Track department training activities
Assist in development of training
Complete annual training
Complete requested training
Provide daily guidance
Provide daily direction
Address new team member concerns
Ensure site training tools followed
Ensure site training processes followed
Ensure periodic learning assessments complete
Document action items for gaps
