Must Have

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience, Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 2 years of relevant work experience, 5 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field or STEM discipline with at least 3 years as a technical instructor/teacher, US Citizenship, Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance, Proven ability to lead training through in‑person workshops, virtual classrooms, and live webinars, Experience collaborating with subject‑matter experts to craft storyboards, scripts, and visual‑narrative concepts, Experience creating operational procedures, quick‑reference guides, and other supporting documentation, Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable software), Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 5 years of relevant work experience, Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience, 9 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field or STEM discipline with at least 3 years as a technical instructor/teacher

Nice to Have

Experience with operating and maintaining Canon EOS digital camera, Ability to troubleshoot live‑recording technical issues (camera settings, lighting, audio routing), Familiarity with creating interactive learning modules in Adobe Captivate, implementing responsive design, and SCORM packaging, Experience instructing at Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) schools

What You'll Do.

Collaborate with Cyber Systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions

Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities
