Must Have
Minimum 7+ years of experience in operations within relevant industries, 5 years industrial experience within the oil & gas industry, Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar training role, understanding of operational procedures, safety standards, and equipment, Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Ability to develop training materials and conduct competency assessments
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications in training or operations management are preferred
