Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related, Minimum 5 years industrial or manufacturing experience, Minimum 2 years training, coaching, teaching, or instructional experience, Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, Report writing and documentation abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Professional certifications in manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement
What You'll Do.
Deliver classroom-based
and practical technical training sessions
Facilitate learning through presentations
Support trainees in applying engineering principles and workplace
Monitor learner progress and provide coaching
and update training materials
Ensure training content reflects current industry standards
Integrate project management

and continuous improvement
Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning
Maintain accurate training and assessment records
Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement
Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies
Maintain training facilities
