Delivering Instructor Led technical training in classroom / laboratory environments, Administering written and practical/hands-on tests, Partnering with Strategic Learning Partners and Instructional Designers, Producing learning solutions for manufacturing, assembly, and test training, Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Conducting workforce research and needs analysis, Standardizing training elements across multiple work centers and geographic sites, Documenting and tracking employees’ training attendance and recurring training needs, Assisting with scheduling of students, Developing and maintaining training forecasting capabilities, Maintaining classrooms and materials, Experience in delivering classroom technical training with hands-on demonstration, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Presentation skills, Intermediate level competency using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. ), Experience writing technical training courseware, Ability to work effectively in a team, Employee focus, Ability to self-manage activities based on given priorities, Ability to support travel up to 10% of the time

Nice to Have

5+ years of experience in Instructor led technical skills or safety course delivery, 5+ years of experience in Aerospace or related fields, 5+ years of writing experience in a technical environment, 5+ years of experience with adult learning, course design, and class evaluation, Experience in virtual classroom, mobile, and other learning solutions, Familiarity with NASA Workmanship standards, Familiarity with IPC J-STD, Familiarity with ISO-ASTM standards, Airframe and/or Powerplant license

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are looking for someone to apply their technical learning expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required. Location flexibility depending on candidate selected. Serve as a **Technical Trainer II** for the Operations Technical Training & Development team with responsibilities to include, but not limited to: **Responsibilities:** * Delivering Instructor Led technical training in classroom / laboratory environments, including administering both written and practical/hands-on tests. * Partnering with Strategic Learning Partners and Instructional Designers to produce learning solutions for manufacturing, assembly, and test training. * Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct workforce research and needs analysis. Examples of the subjects could include Structural Assembly, Tubing Installation, Bonding, Torque, Lockwire, Electrical Bond, Alodine Application, Precision Measurement, Safety Training, etc. * Standardize training elements across multiple work centers and geographic sites. * Document and track employees’ training attendance and recurring training needs and assist with scheduling of students. * Help develop and maintain training forecasting capabilities. * Maintaining classrooms and materials i
