As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training programs for DCC Operations teams. You will manage and conduct initial technical training programs for new hires, ensuring they are properly equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to operate and maintain AWS's sophisticated data center infrastructure. Key job responsibilities - Design and deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions covering data center operations, critical infrastructure systems, and standard operating procedures - Manage all logistics of Initial Training programs, including scheduling, classroom coordination, and lab space utilization - Maintain and certify instructor qualifications and perform certification observations - Monitor trainee progress and address any behavioral or policy issues - Process training completions and maintain accurate training records - Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all lab equipment and training facilities - Maintain and optimize training spaces and equipmen
