Must Have
3+ years data center engineering or operations, 2+ years training or L&D role, Experience creating and delivering ILT programs
Nice to Have
Data center environment experience, Written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, Working knowledge of DCO disciplines, Willingness to travel up to 25%
What You'll Do.
Deliver technical training programs
Manage and conduct initial technical training
Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions
Manage all logistics of Initial Training programs
Maintain and certify instructor qualifications
Perform certification observations
Monitor trainee progress
Address behavioral or policy issues
Process training completions
Maintain accurate training records
Serve as Subject Matter Expert
Maintain and optimize training spaces
Develop and implement SOPs
Create practical training scenarios
Support setup and commissioning of new training labs
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
Develop and update training materials
Identify and implement improvements
