## Accountabilities Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable technology solutions. Ensure engineering profitability through accurate estimation, resource allocation, and utilization tracking. Maintain delivery performance by proactively removing blockers and escalating technical issues when needed. Oversee project reporting, including estimation deviations, risks, and delivery updates to project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality, security, and engineering standards across all deliverables. Support onboarding, certification tracking, and continuous development of team members. Drive delivery efficiency by maintaining short cycle times for development, code review, and QA processes. Delegate tasks effectively using structured leadership frameworks and best practices. Participate in hiring processes and contribute to the selection of high-performing engineering talent. Promote accountability, communication efficiency, and operational discipline within the team. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong experience in technical leadership roles. Proven ability to lead and manage software engineering teams in delivery-focused environments. Strong experience in technical estimation, planning, and resource allocation. Solid understanding of software quality assurance, security standards, and engineering best practices. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software with minimal defects. Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. Experience with structured leadership and management frameworks (e.g., delegation models, team development practices).
