**Technical Team Lead (AWS & Databricks)** **Overview** We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to support federal government programs by leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions in a cloud-based environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with Agile delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across cross-functional teams. The Technical Team Lead serves as the primary technical point of contact for the team, translating business requirements into actionable tasks, guiding implementation, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and delivery objectives. **Location** This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence in the Washington, DC Metro area to support client collaboration and program activities. Remote work flexibility may be available when not required onsite.
