Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, Experience supporting federal government clients, particularly DHS or similar agencies, 6+ years of experience leading Agile teams and managing sprint-based delivery, 3+ years of proficiency in Python and SQL, 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS or similar), 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Apache Spark or similar distributed data platforms, 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins or similar) and deployment processes, understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions, understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architecture, Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across development and production environments, communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical teams and stakeholders, AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional), Databricks Certifications (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, Databricks Certified Machine Learning Associate), Agile Certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP))

**Technical Team Lead (AWS & Databricks)** **Overview** We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to support federal government programs by leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions in a cloud-based environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with Agile delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across cross-functional teams. The Technical Team Lead serves as the primary technical point of contact for the team, translating business requirements into actionable tasks, guiding implementation, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and delivery objectives. **Location** This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence in the Washington, DC Metro area to support client collaboration and program activities. Remote work flexibility may be available when not required onsite.
