Technical Systems Support Specialist ITnova is seeking a Technical Systems Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for IT systems, including servers, desktops, virtualization platforms, and enterprise applications. This role involves troubleshooting escalated issues, supporting system administration functions, and collaborating with Client staff and contractors to ensure secure, stable, and efficient IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for IT systems, hardware, and software across various Client environments. Deliver support, management, and installation services for desktop and server operating systems, including Microsoft Server. Work collaboratively with Client staff and contractors; attend internal Client meetings as required. Review weekly and monthly vulnerability assessments; partner with Client IT teams to plan and execute remediation. Administer and manage virtualization platforms such as Omnissa Horizon Client, and assist with the management of DMZ servers. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service desk tickets requiring advanced technical expertise. Perform related duties as assigned by Client Division of Information Technology management.
