## Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Operations Perform first-level technical troubleshooting before escalating issues to engineering teams Provide weekend escalation coverage, including issue triage and coordination with on-call technical teams Support operational changes within data pipelines and workflow systems Execute scripts and automated processes for operational and developer support queues Run data acquisition and processing tasks through APIs and backend systems Pipeline Maintenance & System Reliability Monitor and maintain high-volume data pipelines Identify system failures, bottlenecks, and workflow inefficiencies Collaborate with engineering teams to recommend technical improvements and process optimizations Manage ETL workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and transfer processes Maintain backend operational reliability and support automated workflow execution Technical Queue & Backend Support Act as the primary point of contact for technical operational support requests Resolve technical issues beyond standard operational troubleshooting capabilities Conduct technical audits and backend data validation activities Execute complex database queries to ensure data integrity and operational health Bridge communication and workflow gaps between engineering and operations teams ## Required Technical Skills Programming & Integration Basic Python knowledge for backend scripting and automation Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries Experience working with RESTful APIs for data extraction and integration Ability to manage backend workflows and automation scripts Data & Workflow Management Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline operations Experience monitoring and troubleshooting automated workflows Familiarity with operational data systems and backend process management Qualifications Senior-level experience in technical operations, system support, data infrastructure, or related technical roles
