Ensuring safe, reliable, and economical operation of the German A400M fleet; Analysis of in-service data to create regular KPI reports

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical vocational training and many years of experience in aviation (preferably in MRO or CAMO) or additional qualification as a technician or comparable, Sound knowledge of operating systems, ideally MDS, AMOS or SAP, Confident handling of the regulations DEMAR Part M and Part 145, Strong service orientation, Coordination skills in an international context, Ability to analyze complex issues and develop tailor-made solutions, Fluent German and English skills
Nice to Have
Experience in the field of MRO or CAMO
What You'll Do.
Processing technical inquiries regarding A400M ground support systems (hardware and software) and associated technical documentation
Creating error diagnoses for routine inquiries and coordinating troubleshooting in agreement with the customer
Forwarding critical issues affecting flight operations to relevant specialist departments and coordinating feedback
Performing administration tasks regarding ground systems in coordination with internal and external suppliers
Monitoring and reporting system deviations and analyzing in-service data to create regular KPI reports
Participating in national projects to ensure reliable fleet operation under guidance

Team & Collaboration
Coordination of troubleshooting in agreement with the customer; Forwarding critical issues to relevant specialist departments and coordinating feedback; Coordination with internal and external suppliers
