In this experience, you will be the voice of Tobii Dynavox to our users and partners in primarily Germany and deliver high-quality technical support, while gaining in-depth knowledge of our diverse portfolio of products. While your previous work experience is important, we also value finding a strong cultural fit. You don't need to be an IT expert, however, we greatly appreciate your curiosity and interest in technology, and your familiarity with using both Windows and Apple products. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems through collaboration and technology, you can contribute significantly and thrive in this role! **Please note:** This is a full-time, permanent and **onsite** role at our office in **Stockholm, Östermalm**.
