What They're Looking For.
Must Have
solid professional experience (2 - 4 years) in technical B2B support, pre-sales, or as a Sales Engineer within a SaaS environment, deep technical understanding is mandatory, highly proficient with networks, operating systems, Native-level German (minimum C1), fluent English, proficient in modern support or CRM systems like HubSpot, Zendesk, or comparable platforms, valid EU work permit, fully available for the initial stay in the USA
Nice to Have
ideally A/V systems, A third language (e.g., Spanish, French, or Arabic) is a plus
What You'll Do.
analyze and resolve deep technical issues regarding digital signage

support the sales team with technical expertise during the sales cycle
conduct specialized product demos
guide strategic customers through their onboarding phase
identify recurring technical trends or customer requests and structure this feedback to pass directly to our product team in the US
