Work with SaaS environments and cloud-based data protection

Assist customers with data recovery and compliance scenarios

Virtualization Backup Engineer (VBR): Supports backup and recovery solutions in virtualized environments. What you’ll do: Troubleshoot backup, replication, and restore issues Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V Analyze logs and identify root causes of failures Support storage systems and data recovery processes Key skills: Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Basic networking and storage concepts Troubleshooting and log analysis 2. Object Storage Support Engineer: Focuses on modern storage technologies used in backup and cloud environments. What you’ll do: Support object storage platforms (S3-compatible, on-prem and cloud) Troubleshoot storage performance, connectivity, and configuration issues Work with backup repositories and data lifecycle management Collaborate with customers on scalable storage solutions Key skills: Storage concepts (object vs block vs file) Networking fundamentals Familiarity with S3 or similar technologies 3. Public Cloud Support Engineer: Works with cloud-native and hybrid environments. What you’ll do: Troubleshoot issue
