Experience in project environment, Experience of working in organisations that are certified to ISO 9001, ISO19443, Experience in the review of Quality Records, The ability and knowledge to be able to analyse quality data, The ability to build effective relationships with the team, Experience user of Microsoft Office, Experience user of Excel, Experience user of ADOBE, Experience user of Power BI, Fluent in English language
Nice to Have
Experience in a regulated sector, Experience of ONR Licence Conditions, Background in Quality, Some French language skills
What You'll Do.
Support Records Support Manager with admin tasks
Receive and complete task requests
and organize quality documents
Upload and manage documents using Teamcenter
Track and manage task progress using Excel
Use correct templates using specific codes
Complete and submit templates
Review documents for quality and compliance
Participate in MDT meetings
Support quality check processes
Assist in identifying non-conformance issues
Participate in training sessions
Support quality audits
Support root cause analysis
Support improvement activities
Maintain trackers and dashboards
Prepare quality reports
Support investigations with data
Organize and verify data
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Record Support Officer; Build effective relationships with the team; Take part in MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) meetings
